Are torque specs and parts diagrams accurate for my bike?

Use them as a reference, then check your service manual. Torque specs come from manufacturer data where we have it for your make, model and year. Where we don't, MotoLog falls back to brand-level or general values and the screen tells you which one you're looking at, so you're never guessing whether a number is bike-specific. Parts diagrams are AI-generated reference drawings for your vehicle, not factory diagrams. For anything critical, like head bolts or brake parts, confirm the number in your factory service manual before you torque it.

Does MotoLog work offline?

Partly. Screens you've already opened load without signal, and you can look through your garage and service history at the trailhead or the track. Saving a new ride or service needs a connection, so log it once you're back in range.

Is my data backed up?

Your records are saved to your MotoLog account on every plan, not just on your phone, so they're there when you sign in on a new phone or in your browser. You can also export your service logs and ride history as CSV files any time.

What types of vehicles does MotoLog support?

Motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, scooters, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft (jet skis). Each type has manufacturer-specific service intervals and reference data for its drivetrain, and UTVs track engine hours by default.

Yes. The Free plan tracks one vehicle with manual log entries and a service status overview. Pro ($7.99/mo or $49.99/yr) covers up to 5 vehicles and adds reminders, ride history, reports, share links and the AI assistant. Family ($12.99/mo or $79.99/yr) covers unlimited vehicles and lets up to 5 people share your garage, each with Pro features.

Can my family share the same bikes?

Yes, on the Family plan. Invite up to 5 people by email from More, then Family Garage. They see your bikes, service history and reminders, can log rides and services on them, and get Pro features while they're in your garage. Their own bikes stay private, and you can remove someone any time.

Where do the service intervals come from?

Accepted Answer

From the manufacturer-recommended schedule for each brand and vehicle type. Set a Build Level (Stock, Moderate, Race, or Custom) to tighten intervals for a modified motor, or set your own hours and miles per service for a highly tuned build.

Can I share my service history?

Yes, on Pro and Family. Generate a link with a snapshot of the bike and its maintenance logs, handy when you're selling it or dropping it at a shop. You pick when the link expires and can turn it off any time.

What happens to my meter readings when I log services?

Accepted Answer

MotoLog never rolls back your highest hours or miles. Whether you log one service, a batch, or import a CSV, readings only move forward, so your history stays consistent.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you've paid for, and you keep access until then. If you subscribed on the web and it isn't for you, email support@pitlanetech.com in the first 30 days for a full refund. iPhone subscriptions are cancelled and refunded through Apple.
